Refund policy

Spring Pass Co sells digital downloads. Because a download can't be returned once it's delivered, sales are final, except in the cases below or where the law requires otherwise.

When we'll fix it or refund you

• Didn't arrive or doesn't work: if your download never arrived or the file is broken, email us. We'll send a working copy, and if we can't, we'll refund the purchase.
• Charged by mistake: if you were charged twice for the same item, we'll refund the duplicate charge.

To ask, email springpassco@gmail.com with the email address you used to pay and your receipt if you have it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take several days to show them.

Donations

Donations and tips are voluntary and aren't refundable, except for duplicate or mistaken charges as above.

Purchases on itch.io

Items bought through itch.io are handled under itch.io's own refund terms.
